We are always being asked for our Old Chilli Bircher Muesli recipe and here it is a delicious way to start the day!
Ingredients • 1 ½ cup rolled oats • Grated rind of 1 lemon • 1 cup of milk • Juice of 1 orange • 1 apple – grated • 2 tablespoons chopped raw almonds • 2 tablespoons honey • ¾ cup thick plain yogurt (you can be healthy and use low or no fat) • ¼ cup cream (optional – might as well forget low fat yogurt if you choose this) • 2 tablespoons sultana raisins
